The site was conpleted in mid-late 2025 and was inaugurated in February 2026. When the Excelsior Hotel was demolished, they have kept the walkway to World Trade Centre and the Laforet shopping mall next door intact. The walkways had not been re-opened yet. What is know is, the upper section of the new building had been sold to Alibaba\Ant Group as their regional HQ.
On the other hand, most of the boundary wall seperating the site with its Paterson Street neighbours had been demolished as well. Now only a very short section of the wall remained, at the back of 51 Paterson Street.
