Rotary Park Campsite is one of the 41 campsites currently managed by the Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department (AFCD).
This is a small campsite located inside the Rotary Park within the Tai Mo Shan Country Park and is sandwiched between a number of barbecue areas. The campsite is built on steps along a small wooded slope next to Route Twisk, and it is equipped with camping platforms, barbecue pits, benches, tables and drains. A flushing toilet facility with additional washing basins is also available about 50m away. There is also a refreshment kiosk next to the toilet.
Due to its proximity to driving roads, a small car park, and ample facilities, the campsite is fairly popular, especially on weekends and holidays.
In a 2024 AFCD working paper WP/CMPB/1/2024, the department explored the possibility of expanding the campsite by converting the nearby existing barbecue areas into designated camping grounds.
