Kai Tak Commercial Building is a 21-storey Commercial Building situated at the junction of Des Voeux Road Central, Connaught Road Central and Morrison Street, opposite to Western Market. It was completed in 1973. It first had the name Sun Kwang Building, according to hkmaps.hk the name changed to its current name in 1979.
The building's front was altered in an unknown year; early photographs show a different appearance compared to the one visible today.
