The original house was owned by the notorious heroin trafficker, Ng Sik-ho (aka Limpy Ho) until his arrest and incarceration.
Later in life it became the Kent Motel, one of Kowloon Tong's many love motels but was then demolished (circa 2021) and has since been redeveloped into a new private residence.
