The 1902 Directory & Chronicle mentioned Mrs. M. Atzenroth residing at "Irani Bungalow", Observatory Road whilst a "To Let" advertisement in 1906 mentioned the residence as being called "Iranee Bungalow" on Kimberley Road. Marker is approximate and placed at the road junction.
