The older buildings along the waterfront at Connaught Road West were demolished in the 1960s and 1970s. Houses no. 64-67 disappeared from the map in 1968. On hkmaps.hk the name Chico Tung Cold Storage first appears in 1975, and last in 1994. On this site, the BOC Credit Card Centre opened in 1996.
