[Fixed] "<strong>Connections:</strong>" shown before the connections area

I did notice some text that looks like it hasn't been rendered/formatted properly though.

On the image upload screen, under the tags box but before the connections area, the text at the top says "<strong>Connections:</strong>this photo ..."
