Located at 983-987A King's Road at the junction of King's Road and Ban Hoi Street in Quarry Bay, Swiss House was a V-shaped building completed in 1962. Being an older building with potential for redevelopment, Swiss House was sold to Swire Properties and Henderson Land in 2023. The building appears to have been demolished at the end of 2024.

Swiss House was erected by Cheong K, a post-war real estate and building developer. The company's name was emblazoned on the apex of the "Vee" of the building and very noticeable when travelling on the upper deck of a tram on King's Road.
