Outside Hong Kong waters, the islands of Dangan, Erzhou and Zhiwan, part of the Wanshan Archipelago in the Xiangzhou District of Zhuhai can be seen on a clear day due south of Stanley, Po Toi and Lamma. These islands were collectively known in English as the Lema Islands
