28 three-storey houses on the southern side of Elgin/Haiphong Road with nos. 1-28 (see Index of the streets, house numbers and lots of the city of Victoria ... in the colony of Hong Kong). Originally located on (the northern part of) K.I.L. 212 and K.I.L. 213, this was changed to K.I.L. 211 at some time.
The 1896 map on Gwulo shows that 14 western houses had been built already, the following ones likely around 1900. They were likely demolished in the early 1960s.
