Apparently built in 1940 and once owned by Sir Run Run Shaw, it was bought circa 1989/1990 by former model, Sally Mount and investor husband, Duncan. It was sold in 1996 for HK$163 million and redeveloped into a row of luxury townhouses. I'm not sure what year it was finally demolished but some time around 2000.
