Looking at Map: 1965.1 Hong Kong at https://www.hkmaps.hk/viewer.html, the site of the current 'Seven Victory Avenue' was occupied by two buildings with similar outlines. The southern building, which I've highlighted above, was number 7, Victory Avenue, and the northern building was numbers '7A-7C'.
