Captain of the Admiral Y.S. Williams, an American freighter in dry dock at Hong Kong in December 1941.  Captured after the fall of Hong Kong on December 25, 1941.   Prisoner at Sham Shui Po POW Camp.  Liberated September 1945.  Pre-/post-war lived in Seattle, Washington.  Wife Elsa Nystrom (maiden name Stahre).  5 children: Fredrik Ingram b. 1905, Clarence Theodore b. 1907, Helene Josephine b. 1910, Edvin “Eddie” William b. 1912 (USN officer), Ruth Mary, b. 1916.
