Looking at Govt aerial imagery, the property was still there in 2002, but looks like it was gone by the following year, so I've tentatively marked the demolition date as the beginning of 2003 until further information is forthcoming.

Likewise, the earliest available imagery shows it in place in 1956, so I've set a tentative build year of 1955.

It's marked as "Tat Kwun" on the 1965 line maps, but by the 1975 map was labeled as "Tati Ara" then "Tatiara".

It looks as though it was still there in the 1990s but has since been demolished and replaced by a small development of three houses of 3,761 sq ft each, built in 2009.

The development is still called "Tatiara" on local property sites with the Chinese name 樂豐.
