Leslie Bauld worked for HATS (Hongkong Air Terminal Services).
He was born in Shanghai 12 July 1926, second son of John (Jack) Bauld and Wilfreda (Freda) Barkus. (She was the daughter of Captain Robert Barkus) The family moved to NSW Australia after the war and are buried in Woronora Cemetery, Sutherland.
Leslie died at Sydney airport from a heart attack in 1985.
Capt. Barkus died in Tientsin.
They were in Lunghwha Camp as POW's.
Brother Dennis and sister Doreen (Bamforth).
