Timber landing pier on the Praya (today Hennessy Road)  at the junction with Tin Lok Lane, built in 1862. It was used as a landing site for parties heading for Happy Valley.

Had to be repaired in 1880. Was replaced by a stone pier later and repaired and extended in 1905 (See PWR 1905, item 31). It was renamed Observation Street Wharf in 1907. It was likely demolished around 1925 during the Praya East Reclamation.
