Susan Frances SUTTON [????-????]

She was made an M.B.E. in the New Year Honours of 1941 :

Principal Matron of  the Medical Department, has been in a large measure instrumental in the formation of the Auxiliary Nursing Service. She arrived in Hong Kong in 1924, having previously served as a nursing sister with the Johore Government. In her 16 years in the Colony, she has served the Hong Kong Government with devotion and distinction. As Principal Matron, an appointment made in 1937, Miss Sutton has been in charge at the Queen Mary Hospital since its opening. Prior to that she was for several years at Kowloon Hospital.
