On I. L. No. 2066, a row of seven houses known as Koon Ma Terrace adjoining the southern boundary of Happy Valley Racecourse and facing Wong Nai Chung (formerly Wongneichong) Road. Address: 2-14 Wong Nai Chung Road.
Due to its proximity to the Racecourse, Koon Ma Terrace has an equine connotation. I think the buildings were demolished in the 1980s.
