On the 1880 map at https://www.hkmaps.hk/viewer.html, this is shown as Garden Lot 55.
The 1896 Map shows it occupies the same area, but is know called Inland Lot 412.
On the 1920 Map, the new Humphreys Avenue cuts through the lot. The remaining southern section is still IL 412, but the northern part of the lot has been renumbered.
