An early reference to "Oldesloe" can be found in the 1910 Jurors List : Aitken, Samuel Robert, Assistant Manager, Holt's Wharf residing at Oldesloe.

Don't know anything about this building, but Oldesloe is a town in the northern part of Germany. Possibly a German merchant built it as his residence.
