Large mansion that belonged to the Aw family. According to Huw's Industrial History site, the house was rented to Esso Standard Oil for the purpose of accommodating its chairman, Fred Westphal. (https://industrialhistoryhk.org/fred-westphal-the-american-oil-taipan-f…).
It appears to have been a popular location for movie filming as well (see https://hkmacaufilmtvlocations.blogspot.com/2020/04/foxbat-henry-silva-…)
The large plot was developed into a small luxury housing development called "Sunbeam" in 1987.
You can also see the property in the far left in this image taken in the late 1950s: https://credo.library.umass.edu/view/zoom/mufs001-hk-i0146
It looks like the land plot with the mansion was developed into houses 2-5 in the current development. House 1 was constructed on what may have been the rear garden.

Longridge
The Hong Kong Street Index 1936 (page 165) lists
R.B.L. 380 "Longridge" with the handwritten addition "36".
Addendum: The old HKGRO website refers:
GA 1934 (suppl) no.255 Land Sale-Rural Building Lot No. 380, Repulse Bay Road
RBL380
I wonder if there was a single property on the site by the name "Longridge" but it was later split into two lots (#36 is now RBL 767) and redeveloped?
Aerial images from 1949 appear to show the two properties (36 + 38) had been built by then.
