Go Wah Mansion (高華大廈), not to be confused with Ko Wah Building (高華樓), is located at No. 285-295A Lockhart Road in Wanchai whereas the latter is located at No. 67-69 Percival Street in Causeway Bay. The first two Chinese characters of the name of these two buildings are identical.
The occupation permit of Go Wah Mansion was issued in 1964. The ground floor and the first floor are for commercial use while the 13 stories above are for residential use.

Ko Wah Building on Percival Street has now been renamed
At some point in time, Ko Wah Building on Percival Street has been renamed to Clover Commercial Building. I don't know whether this renaming is offcial or not. It could be just for marketing purposes.
