Holland Street and Beach Street were constructed at the same time by tender in 1888. So the two may be somewhat related.
The name Beach Street(^) is no longer used now. It is neither Sands Street nor Collinson Street as both pre-exist, before 1888. However, as the house nos alternation notice of 1927 : 'Beach Street' was the one next to Collinson Street on the south(#); Holland Street may be near some 'Douglas Street'(+) then.
