Picture taken somewhere north of Cooke street along chatham road with camera pointing south. Before the Wing Fung building at the chatham-winslow (just north of radio towers) junction was built around 1962. Even before the two buildings (Yick Kwan and Lok Ka) between Cooke and Baker streets were built (1958 and 1959). Probably taken in the early 1950s or earlier. Actually 1949 by reader marlowe.
