Note: this place is a bit speculative.

In 1940, Kowloon Dairy was founded. On their website  they report: "Together with Mr. George Ahwee and Mr. Rudy Choy, Mr. Li Lan Sang invested more capital to grow the business and “Limited” was added to our name."  They continue: "Over the ensuing decades, the company steadily expanded, with hundreds of our milk cows grazing on acres of Kowloon land, now developed for housing Kowloon’s growing population."

On K.I.L 402 on Nathan Road (today nos. 83-97), the first building was Station Hotel which was demolished in 1936. Sometime later, an L-shaped building was erected on this lot. This was at the junction of Nathan and (no longer existing) Lock Road. A 1957 photo shows a sign "Sang Dairy Company". This links to Kowloon Dairy, possibly a shop selling milk and milk products, possibly also was a milk bar.

In 1961, Tsim Sha Tsui Mansion was built on this lot - that was the end of this building latest.
