Concrete shed of unknown usage [????- ]

It's at the south-west tip of the Tai Tam Byewash Reservoir. There's no windows, only the metal door frame is left.

The exterior is covered with concrete like material, while brick walls can be found inside.

Some people believe it is a grave, although I tend to believe it's of military purpose, maybe a kind of storage space.
