The cropped photo shows a similar part of Wanchai as this one:
The first large building on the right are probably the Blue Buildings. Next to the east are smaller buildings, followed by a gap. The houses at 11, 12 and 13 Praya East are following going east. Unfortunately, then it becomes too blurry to see anything.
On the left hand side, the chimney should belong to the Oriental Sugar Factory.
