Just a short stroll from Hong Pak Country Trail there's a Japanese Tunnel System dug into the slope. I remember 3 entrances/exits. 2 of which are easily accessible.

Best access is from the Hong Pak Country Trail. You will pass by another open Japanese tunnel just off the trail. Continue slightly uphill again to the flat plateau where you find a slightly confusing network of small trails.

Follow the one leading down the ridge and you won't miss it.

Referred to 'three split tunnel' or something to that effect by a local man. Likely due to the three exit design common in many tunnels. The exits (especially the main one) were all very large and so were some of the tunnel segments themselves. The tunnel is a decently large complex with a number of large alocoves and even seperate rooms at dead ends. As mentioned, accessed on tagged trail right off Hong Pak. A bit confusing honeycomb but as you go up the steep hill it funnels to one main trail. The exit is on that up the hill, path leading over the hill back down to the other tunnel and to the Hong Pak Trail.
