Ministry of Defence Lot No. 3 Stone Marker [????- ]

The stone marker can be viewed on google street view here on the left of the road, just at the bottom. Given the marker's proximity to the Sai Wan War Cemetery (Inland Lot No. 6306), it is probably related to the reservation of land for the cemetery by the Ministry of Defence.
