I was surprised to come across two images in the Ewart Hunt gallery that feature in the book "Hongkong" by Swiss writer/photographer Martin Hurlimann (published 1969).
The images in question are Ewart sampan girl and Hakka Woman.
I have no idea what this means, but I felt moved to point it out!

Hello Simon,
Hello Simon,
When I uploaded all the many images from my colleagues in the 367 Association, it was never easy to be sure whether they were their's or ones acquired from elswehere. I am still in touch with Ewart and have just emailed him seeking clarification and I shall respond on the Forum ASAP.
Best wishes, Andrew
Ewart Hunt & Martin Hurlimann
Dear Andrew,
Thank you for you response! It sounds as if Ewart Hunt had some contact with Hurlimann. I just thought too that it might effect the dating of the photographs (slightly).
Warm regards, Simon
Dear Simon,
Dear Simon,
I understand from Ewart that he got them off the Web so I shall ask David what he wants to do with them.
Regards Andrew
Ewart Hunt Gallery
Dear Andrew,
The book may be out of copyright, since it was first published in 1962.
There is not much information about the two photos in Hurlimann's book. The first was taken in Aberdeen. The second suggests that it is a Hakka woman from Sai Kung.
The full publication details are as follows: Martin Hürlimann, <Hongkong>, 1962 Atlantis Verlag AG, Zürich
Warm regards, Simon
re: Ewart Hunt Gallery
Hi Andrew,
Since the photos have been online for several years, I suggest just adding a note to each photo along the lines of:
Update, Dec 2019: Thanks to Simon, who notes that this photo originally appeared in the book "Hongkong" by writer & photographer Martin Hürlimann, published in 1962. I checked with Ewart and he confirms this isn't one of his own photos.
That will let anyone looking at it know the original source.
Regards, David
Hi David and Simon,
