The 1920 map at https://www.hkmaps.hk/viewer.html shows Durbar Villas (see here ) existing to the west of Durbar House. The easternmost building of Durbar Villas shared a common lot number i.e. (K). I. L. 547 with Durbar House.
By 1938, the lot numbers for both Durbar Villas and Durbar House had changed.
