Currently a 3 storey villa (extended 1 storey in 2001) with white walls & red roof. It was built in 1936 and first owned by Mr. Leslie Benjamin Holmes (HK's education bureau commissioner), it was than sold to Mercantile Bank (acquired by HSBC 1959). In 1980-85, it was used as HSBC as their senior staff quarters. In 1992, the Liu Chong Hing family bought over the property. It was sold again in 2004.
