From wiki: Owned by Li Sui-shek and built in 1920. The main building of Li Garden was a two-story Chinese and Western-style building with a large lawn in front of the house. There was an octagonal lotus pond across the garden to the north containing a stone bridge leading to the small island in the center of the pond which contained a two-story folly. From the late 1950s, several Cantonese films were filmed there incl. A Mother's Heart (1958), Autumn Comes to Purple Rose Garden (1958), The Story of Wong Ang the Heroine (1960) and The Mad Tower (1963) and Golgo 13: Assignment Kowloon (1977)

The house can also be seen in A Lotus for Miss Quon (1966).

In the early 1960s, the mansion was resold to a gentleman named Peng and later leased to the Guanghe/Guangwo Rattan Factory. It was demolished in 1976 and the site remained empty until the early 1990s when the current Kader Industrial Centre was constructed.
