Luna Building 月仙樓 - forerunner to Luna Court.
HKmaps.hk shows the building was still standing in early 1986, but by 1987 had been demolished. So I've set a tentative demolition date to the end of 1986 until further information is available.
The original building looks like it occupied the plot subsequently occupied by Carson Mansion, so I have drawn the outline to match the original footprint. The building was therefore demolished in stages because the west side was still intact when Carson Mansion was built in 1978.
