Based on available information, Shaukiwan Theatre started operating likely some time in 1924. Its operation was temporarily suspended during WWII and resumed after the war. It was closed in April 1970.

Address and location
There is a cinema shown by a red dot on the 1958 map at the southern corner of the Sun Sing Street / Shau Kei Wan Road crossroads, that I think is the location of this theatre.
The theatre is also shown on Map: 1965.1 Hong Kong at https://www.hkmaps.hk/viewer.html. The building is named 'Shau Kei Wan Theatre (Cinema)', and numbered 290-294 Shau Kei Wan Road.
