Temporary closure?
I was just surfing on Facebook when coming across somebody's post (https://www.facebook.com/groups/1059931817376438/permalink/1344299452273005/) asking for information on why this theatre stopped operating only two days after it opened. The post attached a newspaper clipping from 17/11/1979 giving arrangements for refund of tickets. It does not say for what reason they must stop all operations and when they would open again. Down the comments section the poster said it closed on the third day (16/11) and reopened on the fifth (18/11). The first film screened was Alien.
Wonder if anyone has any idea?
