Seating capacity: 1,320
Address: Hiu Kwong Street and Sau Mau Ping Road, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong
Update January 5, 2019 location marker - on west side of Hiu Kwong Street marked Fu Wah Court on 2016 Google map. Like the rock cut across the street, it refuses to move. Some day the theatre will be gone, so for someone (like me) who wants to rewalk the past, it is about 12 steps from the road curb, and there is a walk-lane about 15 steps wide separating it and the Hiu Kwong/Hiu Ming Court.

Not demolished. Just derelict. See photos on this page.

Thank you simonarris for the update. A Google 2019 street view shows across the road from the theatre a new residential building with its construction near completion. It looks like they have preserved (part of?) the rock face. Just south of the theatre, there was some construction activity. Regards, Peter
Opening Date is wrong.
The exact date of opening was at the 19th of October, 1978 according to the documents left in the theatre.
