Severn Villa is located at 3, Severn Road. Although it looks as if it's on Barker Road, but it's Severn.
The building was finished in 02/1982 according to Centadata. It originally had 6 apartments over 3 storeys. Two apartments were combined, so the total number is 5 today.
The building was demolished sometime in 2019. An aerial photo from October 2020 shows an empty place.

Hongrongyuan Property Group (from Shenzen) acquired the Severn Villa for HK$1.17 billion in 2016. (source)
