Knightsbridge Court A-G houses, built on the site of the former house with the same name. It took a quite long time to build these new ones. In November 2009 the deconstruction of the old Court started, first sign of reconstruction ( a crane) was in October 2011. The houses were finished in November 2013 - when the first of seven houses was sold.

"A three-story house on The Peak went for HK$740 million yesterday, becoming the SAR's third most expensive home. The 6,863-square-foot unit, costing HK$107,825 per sellable square foot, is the first house to be sold by Hutchison Whampoa Property - a subsidiary of Hutchison Whampoa (0013) - at its luxury 28 Barker Road project. With a 1,577-square-foot roof and a 1,992-square-foot garden, the house falls behind two other houses, also located on The Peak, in the sellable square foot stakes. "
