Does anyone have any records or photos of Mr. A.G. Parker, Director of Marine, Hong Kong? This man made a decision that helped my grandfather escape poverty and to start a life half way around the world which he, his children and grandchildren will forever be grateful for. My grandfather frequently relives the fateful day at our family gatherings and it would mean a lot if I could find out more about A.G. Parker.
