There was a row of four semi-detached houses, so a total of eight houses, labelled House A - House G. The satellite view shows a swimming pool north of the houses, and a sports area that looks like tennis courts.

The completion date comes from this Google search, which still shows old copies of several property agents' pages for this property. They give the occupation date as "04/1986".

The demolition date is a guess, based on the Google Earth satellite view from 2006 showing it was a building site.
