Difficult to find. Head down Cape Collinson Road, right fork follow signs for Cape Collinson Prison until nearly at the Prison Entrance. The fence on the left has 'Do Not Climb' signs. I had to go past 3 times to spot a path the other side of this fence and you need to climb over it and go down. There are dramatic cliffs there as well.

Unfortunately, I believe the recent typhoon Mangkhut caused the roof to collapse.
