Address: 67-69 Des Voeux Road Central. David House was on Marine Lot 381. According to the 1922 P.W.D. Report, the office block was completed in the same year. Mention is made of the ground floor of the building being occuped by the Fire Brigade until completion of the nearby Central Fire Station.  This source indicates David House was demolished in 1963.

Matthew John Denman Stephens, a well-known solicitor died on 28 April 1925. He held a vast estate of land and buildings in Central that were sold at auction in 1926. One of the properties sold was Stephens' Building which later became David House when S. J. David & Co. moved in to the first floor of the building in January 1928.
