According following website say Ho Kom Tong is son of Chinese man name  Kwok Hing-yin. But I find this claim contradict with mainstream media common understanding.

According mainstream  media Ho kom Tong is full blood Chinese his father is Chinese who surname is Ho as well. Certainly not Kwok Hing-yin

That blog (excellent though it is) is basing its info on Eric Peter Ho's book "Tracing My Children's Lineage". If you read it, chapter 7 is about Kom Tong and the first few paragraphs detail the various 'theories' about who his father may have been. It seems the theory changed depending on which branch of the family was asked, for example: Chapter 7, Page 136

...I have heard remarks attributed to Ho Sai Kit, [Kom Tong's eldest son], that when his father was about to get married he had asked his father, a merchant named Kwok, to sponsor his nuptials...

Regardless, E.P Ho has settled on Kwok Hing-yin as the most likely person it seems, no doubt bolstered by the fact that it was Kwok who eventually took Ms. Shi as his concubine (and fathered 3 more children with her).

Basically, I don't think you are going to get the definitive answer you seem to require.
