Seeking information on George William Lythgoe (1007 Man Yee Building, 1966

Hi everyone,
I am trying to piece together some family history from the UK regarding my late uncle, George William Lythgoe.
According to family records from 1966, he was based at Room 1007, Man Yee Building (Des Voeux Road Central). I know the building was a major commercial hub back then, but I don't know what his profession was or what business/agency he was running out of that room.
Additionally, I am trying to find out where he was buried or memorialised in Hong Kong, as my searches over the years have turned up nothing.
If anyone happens to have access to 1965–1967 Hong Kong Jurors Lists, old phone books, or local cemetery indices (like Happy Valley) from that era, I would be incredibly grateful if you could check if his name or Room 1007 pops up anywhere.

The name G. W. Lythgoe is found in several "Notice to Consignees" announced in the South China Morning Post. According to the notices, he seems to be an independent surveyor for damage survey on goods. He has been appointed by the Far East Enterprising Co. (H.K.) Ltd. in 1959 and 1960, and later by Dodwell & Co., Ltd. between 1963 and 1971. An example of such notice can be found on p.22 of the SCMP on November 24, 1959, as quoted below:

NOTICE TO CONSIGNEES
Consignees per 
POLISH OCEAN LINE
m s. "GENERAL SIKORSKI"
Arrived 19th November, 1959


are hereby notified that all their cargo, with the exception of cargo for which overside delivery has been requested, has been landed and placed at their risk and expense into the premises of the North Point Wharves Ltd., where delivery may be obtained.

All broken, chafed and damaged goods will be surveyed by Messrs. G. W. Lythgoe at the aforesaid Godown at 9 a.m. on 25th November, 1959. Consignees' representatives are requested to be present during the survey.

To comply with General Bonded Warehouse Regulations consignees must have in attendance a Revenue Officer when damaged dutiable goods are examined.

No claims will be admitted after the goods have left the godown. Failure to attend the survey will invalidate claim.

All claims against the above vessel must be presented to the undersigned within fourteen days of the ship's arrival or they will not be recognised.

No Fire Insurance will be effected.
