1 Apr 1899 – born Corteno, Italy

23 Sept 1922 – ordained priest of Pontifical Institute for Foreign Missions (PIME)

13 Sept 1923 – arrived in Hong Kong and worked in Sai Kung, New Territories

1930 – 1941 – director of Hoi Fung District (海豐縣),Guangdong

1948 – 1949 – as above

26 Oct 1952 – following his release from detention on the Mainland, he officially succeeded Mgr Enrico Valtorta (PIME) as the second Bishop of Hong Kong

30 Nov 1968 – resigned as Bishop of Hong Kong

19 Apr 1969 – returned to Italy

13 Feb 1983 – died Brescia, Italy

Entombed in the Cathedral Crypt, Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, Hong Kong Island as Bishop Emeritus of Hong Kong.
