Translated from the Church's website (http://www.phcrma.org/intro.php):

"...in 1937, the Mission Club purchased four properties at the current location of No. 9-15 Ap Lei Chau Main Street as a chapel"

The current site is occupied by Rousseau Heights (built 1973) that appears to be a joint worship/residential building. Images prior to this show a small chapel with pitched roof, but its not clear when this was constructed.

Looks that the church is still there because there's a cross on top of the building, both in 1980 and 2017.
