Date of occupation for the adjacent blocks at 51-57 Hankow Rd is listed as 9/1948 (on Centanet), so I have put the completion date as just before that date (TBC). The block at 51-53 Hankow currently appears to be in better condition than its neighbour at 55-57, but some alterations have been made to the facades etc of both blocks over time.
