Definitely demolished in the 1990's. I visited it once, and at that time it was intact although had obviously been "remodelled" by recent residents. It was set against the hillside, but having squeezed between the back wall and the hillside I was surprised to find the wall a relatively flimsy construction. Some of the reinforcing bars were exposed, and the concrete poorly compacted, almost as though the constructors were running low on concrete.

Still there?
I wanted to note that the HK institute of surveyors had an article with photos that implied this PB is still intact. Article: https://www.hkis.org.hk/hkis/general/journal/SBEvol21b.pdf P. 75 onwards I believe.
This would be quite unique as from my understanding there are only a few pbs intact on the GDL. Maybe Rob can shed some light on this?
