"Insert from Media Library" problem on smartphones and other narrow screens.

Moddsey reported a problem when trying to insert a photo into text while using an iPhone. After clicking the "Insert from Media Library" button the Media Library popup appears, but so compressed it can't be used.

Further checking shows that the problem is not limited to iPhones, it happens whenever the browser window is less than 600 pixels wide, which includes just about any smartphone held in portrait orientation.

I found a temporary workaround is to hold the smartphone in landscape orientation when clicking the "Insert from Media Library" button, then once the popup appears you can rotate the phone to portrait orientation. The popup still looks a bit messy but should be usable to insert a photo.

I've found the problem has been reported previously: https://www.drupal.org/project/drupal/issues/3102011 but that no solution is given there.

I'll continue investigating.
